My Birthday is August 5th and growing up my birthday was always foggy and because it is in the summer, no one was home they were usually away, so as an adult I am making up for the fact that I had small birthdays in cold weather…now I have large gatherings usually two days long with buckets full of people and I usually plan every single detail….This year I was traveling up until the day before so I HAD no choice but to let go and let someone else do the planning…My dear friend Laura Rose Planned my birthday, we had Sunday afternoon tea party at the Palace Hotel and it was the prettyist sweetist, niceist all girl tea party in the whole wide world…champane, tea, tiny cute sandwiches, scones, jam, whipped butter yummy! and amazing treats with cupcakes that had chocolate S on top!
The Garden Court at the Palace Hotel is enchanting…such a BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL room….it made me cry…because my sweet Friend Laura Rose decorated the table so beautifully it was the perfect perfect perfect tea party! I was deeply moved and amazed…It was a lovley lovelly lovely way to spend my Birthday….Thank you all my lovley gracious and generous friends!!
